How to choose an IPTV service without regrets

Ignore the channel counts. These are the questions that decide whether you will be happy.

By the IPTV Observer team · Updated Nov 8, 2026 · IPTV Observer is run by the LemonRealm team. About us.

Every IPTV seller claims huge channel numbers. The numbers do not tell you much. What decides whether you will be happy is how the service behaves on your TV, at your busiest hour, and what happens when something goes wrong.

The checklist

  1. Is there a free trial with no card? If not, walk away.
  2. What is the refund rule? Many services, including LemonRealm, do not refund. Then the trial is everything.
  3. How many screens per login? Most allow one at a time.
  4. Which apps does it support? You want the common players: TiviMate, IBO Player, Next TV or UHF.
  5. Can you reach a human? Send a question during the trial and see.
  6. Is the website the official one? Popular names get copied.

Price per month, not per plan

Long plans cost less per month. Only buy long after the trial and a first month have both gone well.

Our pick, with a disclosure
